Building management systems (BMS)

Central management software

The Building Management Systems (BMS) are controlled by a software, installed on a central computer. It provides the technical and management personnel with information and ability to perform certain actions on the controlled systems through operator stations. The software visualizes information about the current state, alarm events and the necessary procedures to follow for every possible situation. The software can be programmed to automatically control certain systems, for example to turn on the ventilation system in case of detection of high levels of toxic or explosive gases, to alarm people on the premises through audio messages or light indications for certain events, etc.
